the flavor is delicious. C4 gave me extra strength long into my workout

Good pre workout powder but perhaps not the best flavor

This is an ok pre workout but I like the taste and effects of other brands better. It's a good preworkout but not the best I've had. I think Ultimate pre is slightly better in taste and energy.
